For patients starting on new medicines that meet certain criteria, the pharmacist will contact you every other week for the first month of you are on the new prescripion to see how you are getting on with the new medicine and if there are any side effects etc.

We have a diverse range of MDS systems available which can be tailored to individual homes' use and preference. A dedicated staff member is available at all times - this helps to build a relationship and makes it easier to contact the pharmacy for any queries/or to discuss other concerns/communication/following up changes etc. We also have a contact number for a pharmacist available for weekends and out of hours.
As part of our service we provide accredited training for all staff members to ensure CQC compliance. We have highly trained and motivated staff to ensure the care homes are all given the best care and advice. We understand the urgency and accuracy of the medication and associated paperwork in providing this service.
